The East End

We’re fiercely protective and prideful of our neighborhood! The blocks of East Ave that the Festival occupies starts with your local utility company and ends with a local coffee shop, and contains half a dozen bars and restaurants for every taste , a community music school (and an orchestra!) a book shop, a church, an art gallery, a cigar shop, a hair salon, multiple residential properties, and multiple professional businesses. Neighboring the festival are a dry cleaners, 2 printing businesses, more cafe’s, a fitness club.. you get the point!

The East End is a place full of culture, life, and business, and a great place to live.. and barely have to leave! We support neighborhood vendors first and take care to talk with neighborhood residents. In recent years we’ve given thousands to neighborhood marketing, neighborhood projects, and other charities.

Nothing makes us happier than seeing 10 or 12 thousand people from all ages and walks of life enjoying our neighborhood – (did you know the average age of festival-goers is estimated in the mid 30′s from 5-9 and still in the low 30′s when the party’s going??) Please take care to watch where you park, clean up after yourself, and be considerate of the people around you – many of us live and work here too!

If you have any questions or concerns about the Festival, feel free to contact us with this form.
